Privacy

What we collect. If you add an event, we keep the event details you typed plus your name and email so we can confirm it went live or ask a question. Your name and email are never shown publicly. If you report a problem, we keep the report text. That is all.

What we don't do. No analytics cookies, no advertising networks, no fingerprinting. We never store your IP address — to slow down abuse we keep a salted, daily-rotating hash that can't be turned back into an address or matched across days. Nothing you send us goes to third-party AI tools.

Cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for administrators. Browsing the site sets none.

Retention. Raw submission records are deleted after 90 days; the published event keeps the organiser email while the event is listed. Ask and we delete your details.

Your rights. Under PIPA you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Privacy Commissioner for Bermuda. Write to hello@ferryreachtech.com.
